Forest Hills is an integrated family community including
married couples with children, married students, single
parent families and retired persons/couples.
Our 306 Families live in townhouses clustered on 27
rolling acres on the southeast side of Ann Arbor. We
have 20 acres of lawn and several play areas, including a
6-acre open section commonly referred to as “the bowl”.
Our children enjoy playing in the spacious area and some
of their more popular activities include sledding down
the many hills, football, baseball, volleyball, soccer and
many other sports and activities. The area is so large that
their laughter goes unheard.
We are connected by a regular bus service with
downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan.
Washtenaw Community College, Cleary College, and
Eastern Michigan University are also accessible by bus.
Downtown Detroit is just forty minutes by car, and 60
minutes by train.
The public schools are Bryant Elementary, Tappan
Middle, and Pioneer High School. We are also within a
five-minute drive of several shopping centers, a post
office and a library.

WHAT WE OFFER.
Forest Hills has ample off-street parking, and assigned parking spaces for our members. Our units have private front and back entrances, and
lots of open spaces.
Our townhouses are spacious, have full basements and washer/dryer hook ups. Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas range and garbage disposal.
Upstairs in the tiled bathroom there is a large mirror above the Formica vanity. The linen closet and closet in the bedroom(s) offer plenty of storage space.
All the floors are hardwood and are refurbished prior to each move-in. Additional information regarding our units are available through the
office.
All of our units have newly installed central air conditioning and 95% efficient furnaces.
